19-NOR ANDROSTENEDIONE
In order for your body to tell your muscles to grow you need to be in a anabolic
state. Anabolic refers to tissue gain and catabolic refers to tissue loss. Our
bodies produce many anabolic and catabolic hormones. Anabolic hormones include
testosterone, growth hormone, thyroid, and insulin. Catabolic hormones include
cortisol, glucagon and epinephrine. Anyone trying to gain muscle size should be
trying to achieve an anabolic state via hormonal manipulation. These anabolic

DHEA is a prohormone which is only two metabolic steps away from testosterone.
DHEA is naturally produced in the body by the adrenal gland. DHEA can also be
extracted from Mexican wild yams. After early adulthood our DHEA levels decrease
dramatically. DHEA has been theorized to speed up the metabolic rate, prevent
fat storage, and have antiglucocorticoid activity. Diminishing DHEA levels have
also been thought to be one on the many hormones associated with the signs of
aging.
Androstenedione is an androgenic/anabolic prohormone. Andro is only one
metabolic step away from testosterone. Andro is naturally produced in the body
by the adrenal gland and can also be found in the pollen of Scotch pine trees.
The liver enzyme, 17-betahydroxy steroid dehydrogenase will directly convert
Andro into testosterone. So each time we consume Andro our bodies may receive a
testosterone boost. Just 100mg before and after your workout may provide
supplemental edge your body requires for growth.
19-Nor Androstenedione is very similar in structure to Andro except that
chemically it's missing a carbon molecule at the 19th position. This slight
difference makes it a totally different molecule. This prohormone is more
anabolic than adrogenic. This means that it lacks the male characteristics that
are usually associated with androgenic hormones. After oral consumption the
liver will convert 19-Nor to nor-testosterone or nandrolone via the same liver
enzyme as Andro. This hormone has a longer half life meaning it stays active
longer than Andro in the body. The benefits usually associated with this
molecule are increased recovery, strength and muscle size. Recommended dosage:
100mg before and after your workout may result in the above mentioned beneficial
side effects.
