The participants in the study were first categorized as being AT LEAST overweight. The requirements of each participant where as follows:
Each participant was required to eat a balanced breakfast with a multivitamin supplement in the AM.
Each participant was required to take 2 Hoodia Gordonii capsules daily. The first capsule, 1-hour prior to lunchtime with 8 ounces of water and the second capsule 1 hour prior to dinner with a minimum of 8 ounces of water.
Each participant was required to have their weight recorded on days 0, 7, 14, and 28.
The product has not been shown to interact with any other medications being taken. No major side effects have been reported. No other weight loss products were taken during the 28-day study. Each participant was instructed not to alter his or her dietary habits. All participants utilized One (1) Detecto scale.
