Directions For Hydroxycut Fiber Full: Open a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water, take a sip, then empty one packet into the bottle, shake and consume it immediately 2 times daily. For the first 5 days, mix 1 serving (1 packet) with 16.9 oz. of water once daily. Day 6 and beyond, take 1 serving (1 packet) twice daily. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period. Consume 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
