I'm very dedicated to working out (a minimum of 3 hours per day, 6 days a week). I am only 17 years old and started taking 100% Whey when I was about 15 or 16. Good stuff
I work out 6 days a week and wanted to build bigger bulk. I tried other protein brands in the past, but I hated it just because it tasted so nasty.
