When will my order ship?
*Orders placed by 5 p.m. Monday - Friday will ship the same day! We ship orders placed by 5pm Eastern Time on the same day when all purchased items are in stock. If an item is out of stock , we will email you and give you a projected ship date In the event that all of the items are not in stock at the point of purchase, your order will ship complete when those other item(s) arrive, generally in 2-3 days.
We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process after 12 pm MST or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the next day. If we use Fed Ex, you will get an email from Fed Ex and one from us when your order ships! Orders are currently being shipped out within 1-2 days. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email within 7 days.
Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. Fed Ex charges $5.99 for incorrect or misspelled shipping information. This will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Domestic Shipping All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground or United States Postal Service. This service takes 5-7 business days depending on what part of the country you are in.
Ground Shipping 5.99 up to 5 pounds plus 1.00 per item after 5 pounds 3.00 per each additional 5 pounds is added.
These rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We will email you rates for those 2 states. These states orders will ship USPS Priority Mail and usually arrives within 2-4 days; however, it is not guaranteed and it can not be tracked until it is delivered. Please note that although we do our best to accommodate our customers in these areas, we can not offer our standard domestic flat-rate for these orders.
P.O. Boxes If your delivery address is a United States P.O. Box, your order will be sent via USPS Mail. USPS Mail usually arrives within 5-7 business days. Please note that because Fed EX can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Ready to Drinks and Liquids are very heavy and will require additional shipping.Express Shipping Next day air and 2nd day air, and 3 day select are available. Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order, and that Fed Ex doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days.
Cost for next day air is $25.99 plus 1.00 per item up to 2 lbs.
Cost for 2nd day air is $19.99 plus 1.00 per item up to 3 lbs.
Cost for 3 day select is $13.99 plus 1.00 per item up to 3 lbs.
If your order exceeds these weights for express shipping the
additional fees will be added to your shipping charges.
Additional fee's for Express Shipping are $3.00 per each pound over listed weight of shipping method.If I order "NEXT DAY AIR" when will it arrive?That depends on when you place the order. If you order the product late Friday night, then we will ship it Monday. You should then receive it Tuesday. If we are back ordered on something you want next day air, we will notify you by email and give you the option of waiting and still using next day air or changing to ground shipping. We try to get your order out ASAP!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:International: International orders will be shipped USPS and we apologize but cannot provide tracking for most of these. Transit time is 7-20 business days.
We will write the actual value of your order on the customs form attached to the box. Any customs, import duties, or additional taxes must be paid by the recipient. World Class Nutrition.com has no control over these charges.
We encourage you to call your customs office to find out the exact import taxes or duties you will need to pay before you place your order. Please note that some nutritional supplements may not be allowed into your country. World Class Nutrition.com will not issue refunds for orders that are denied entry through customs. You are responsible for checking the customs regulations in your country before placing your order.
Please note that our currently posted processing time does not apply for International orders. Because of special regulations that apply only to International orders, you may experience a 1-3 day delay in processing your order. If you are using a credit card that was issued by a foreign bank, you may be required to fax or email credit card documentation after your order is placed. Please understand that we ask for this documentation as a security measure to insure your credit card security. You will only be asked to provide this information on your initial order.
First time customers with foreign orders may be asked to verify their credit card. A non-refundable amount between $0.01 - $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. The customer will need to contact their credit card co. and retrieve the amount in US $ dollars. Email us this amount so that the remaining balance of the order can be billed to your credit card and your order can be shipped. This is done to prevent the use of stolen credit cards, and will not have to done on future orders.
World Class Nutrition cannot track surface shipments. We also cannot guarantee delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given on lost or damaged shipments. Fed Ex is $39.99 up to 5 pounds, after 5 pounds your rates will be updated and emailed to you when your products are ready to ship.
APO/Military Orders: All APO/Military orders are shipped via US Post Office. Shipping will be added when the order is processed, if you need to know the shipping charge send us and email with the order. Since these are sent inside the US and then the Military forwards them shipping is usually at the Domestic rate. Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks.
RETURN POLICY: We unconditionally guarantee all incorrect or defective merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. Your order will be reshipped to you at no cost. You will be issued a return shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unopened or defective merchandise for a prompt refund. We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise those products can not be re-sold. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 15 days for exchange or credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. Discontinued Product Orders
We at World Class Nutrition do our best to provide you, our loyal customers access to each and every one of their favorite supplements! In rare occasions, a favorite supplement brand goes out of business or discontinues a product without any notice. In these rare cases, a product specialist will contact you via phone and e-mail in order to support you in switching your order to a comparable product. In the case where we do not hear from you after attempting the above, any other items you ordered will be sent to you and your order will be charged accordingly.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee.
