Suggested Use: (This information is from our own personal experience with the

a smaller dosage and working up to the recommended dosage stated on the bottle.
Individuals over 150 lbs. Begin by taking 1/2 Tablet an hour after breakfast and

under the age of 18. The maximum dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult is no
more than 100 mg in a 24 hour period for not more than 12 weeks. Improper use of
this product may be hazardous to a person's health.
