Simply awesome
ON 100% Whey is simply awesome. I once heard that supplements are not good for your health but my trainer asked me to take it once. I was 57 kg and 181cm tall. After 3 months of taking 100% Whey, I’m 65 kg and my biceps increased from 11 to 14 inches. It doesn’t have any ghastly side effects and it’s affordable.
Awesome muscle building protein
I have been taking 100% Whey for a couple of weeks and I have noticed great muscle gain. I am a serious bodybuilder and tried this to see if it is really what it is hyped up to be. IT IS!!! I have gained 9 pounds in 16 days. My method is drinking one serving before and after my workout and I work out 4 times a week. I recommend the double rich chocolate flavor.
The Best Protein ever
I have tried several proteins (e.g. Prolab Oure Whey Protein) and 100% Whey is the best by far! I have increased my strength in lower body muscle groups and upper. This product works well with any Gaspari Nutrition supplement.
Excellent stuff – maybe the best
I've used ON products for several years and I have tried many different proteins. ON 100% Whey (vanilla flavor) is by far the winner in taste and effectiveness... hands down!! I'm very dedicated to working out (a minimum of 3 hours per day, 6 days a week). I used to use other whey brands, but always felt unsatisfied with the mixing ability of the protein, the content and the taste. About 2.5 months ago, I was recommended ON's 100% whey protein. This is the best protein mix you can get. It even includes an enzyme mix to break down and distribute the molecules faster. Tasty, soluble, pure, LOW PRICE protein
I am only 17 years old and started taking 100% Whey when I was about 15 or 16. The actual reason I took it is kinda funny...to grow my hair longer and faster (since hair is purely made up of protein). A few months after I started taking it, I began to work out like I did in my earlier teens, though this time I was taking this protein supplement. My gains were fabulous – I couldn’t figure out why I was getting so big so fast until I realized that it was the 100% Whey Protein that I’m taking now! You can get a 10 lb bag for only 50 dollars.... can’t beat it!
Good stuff
I work out 6 days a week and wanted to build bigger bulk. I tried other protein brands in the past, but I hated it just because it tasted so nasty. However, if you mix 100% Whey with milk or water, it tastes fantastic. It tastes like cold "hot chocolate". I would recommend this to anyone. I got two words for you...BUY IT! I've tried a lot of different proteins including the GNC brand and this product blows away the competition. First, it won't empty your wallet. Some people think that the most expensive means the most results. NOT TRUE. This is probably the least expensive, and it includes every amino acid possible (including the 7 essential amino acids) to build maximum muscle. Secondly, I believe taste is one of the most overlooked aspects of protein powder. It is hard to drink multiple protein shakes a day because of the revolting taste they usually have, but this one is different! I can drink four a day without cringing or wanting to puke, and with three different flavors (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry), you can rotate so you don't get bored. And lastly, this stuff works! Trust me, it won't fail you!
